Dr. David Shih, MD is the physician practice owner of Main Street Medical NY PLLC and operating partner at VITRA Aesthetics Clinic. He received his training and certification in aesthetic medicine from both the AAAM (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine) and AAAMS (American Association of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery). Dr. Shih has been a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine since 2017.
Previously, Dr. Shih worked as an attending physician in Northwell Health’s emergency room at Huntington Hospital as a Board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician.
He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical School.
From 2010-2018, Dr. Shih was also the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of CityMD and during 2018-2023, was the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Rendr Care, a primary care/multispecialty practice in NYC.
Dr. Korszun graduated from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences Faculty of Medicine. He specialized in Emergency Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology.
Dr. Korszun joined VITRA after working at North Shore University Hospital, CityMD and St. Joseph Hospital. He holds an MBA from Hofstra University and has completed Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Cornell University. He has received advanced training in aesthetic injectables as well as advanced laser training.
Dr. Baldenhofer, a New Orleans native, earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport. He began his surgical training in general surgery in New York City before completing a rigorous residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. During this training period, he worked with world-class surgeons performing various cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries.
He then completed a highly regarded microvascular breast and aesthetic surgery fellowship. Dr. Baldenhofer has volunteered his time and expertise for reconstructive cleft lip and palate surgery in developing countries through Healing the Children, a not-for-profit volunteer organization.
He is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
A founding team member and a fearless leader for VITRA Aesthetics, Joanne Vitale is innovating the way to natural-looking results without surgery. Joanne’s professional experience is extensive, surpassing 25 years working in both surgical and non-surgical medical disciplines. She is a master injector with a passion for continuing education in the aesthetics field in order to provide her clients with the highest quality of care.
Erin Biel, MS PA-C, MS OTR/L, is a board-certified physician assistant and one of the clinical directors for VITRA Aesthetics Clinic. A native to the town of Huntington, she received her first master of science degree from NYU in occupational therapy and then later went on to receive her second master of science degree in physician assistant studies from Hofstra University. She has worked in surgery for more than 10 years and is well versed in a wide variety of surgical procedures and in-office injectables.
She began her aesthetics training right out of PA school and has continued to perfect her skills and techniques ever since. Her drive for advanced learning and master technical training keeps her up to date with the most innovative and trailblazing procedures available. She has worked in a variety of surgical and injectable environments throughout Long Island and is dedicated to building a premiere patient experience and enhancing quality care here at VITRA Aesthetics Clinic.

Amanda Keuck has been a licensed aesthetician since 2013. After battling with severe acne for several years, she became highly involved and invested in learning about all things skin. She gained a new sense of compassion and empathy for people who deal with skin conditions and concerns. Her approach to treating skin is a blend of a holistic and medical approach. She strives for the best results for you and your skin and truly wants you to GLOW with confidence!
Danielle has spent the last 8 years as a Licensed Aesthetician. She graduated from the New York Institute of Beauty in 2014. Prior joining VITRA, Danielle worked in medical spas, laser centers and for a cosmetic surgery practice. She is committed to the highest level of patient care and offers the latest aesthetic treatments. She educates her clients on the best medical grade skincare and creates custom treatment plans to get the very best results. Danielle LOVES what she does and is dedicated to making her patients feel confident to love the skin they’re in.
Lisa is a Registered Nurse specializing in aesthetics and plastic surgery for 35 + years. She has been injecting for 13+ years in the Long Island area. Lisa is versed in all of the newest injectables, laser procedures, and ZO skin care. She has put all her focus into aesthetics by joining VITRA full-time. Lisa feels strongly that continuing education is of utmost importance; believing that “this field is constantly changing and we must be on the cutting edge. Outside of the clinical environment, Lisa was born in Queens and moved to Smithtown to raise 3 beautiful daughters with her husband Rich. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, gardening, and playing pickleball. Most recently, Lisa got the wonderful title of Nana, with one grandson and another soon to join the family! Lisa looks forward to advancing her career and expertise here at VITRA and hopes to meet you soon!
Shivani, BSN, RN, is an accomplished nurse with a diverse background in healthcare. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Francis College in 2021 and has since accumulated extensive experience across several specialized fields. During her nursing education, Shivani gained invaluable experience in plastic surgery. Following her graduation, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she provided exceptional care to our tiniest patients. Shivani then transitioned to the medical spa industry, where she served as a senior injector in Manhattan for two years, honing her skills in aesthetic procedures and patient care. Currently, Shivani is furthering her expertise at Pace University, pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP). Her unique combination of clinical expertise and aesthetic proficiency makes Shivani a highly skilled and compassionate provider, dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.
Jessica is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in the field of aesthetic medicine. Over her 26 years as a healthcare provider, she has held positions in Oncology, Critical Care, Primary Care, and Endocrinology. She holds double Master’s degrees in family medicine and nursing education. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. Trained in the latest injection techniques and with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, she is dedicated to providing personalized treatment with natural-looking results.
Kris Seymour is a passionate skincare enthusiast and certified Licensed Aesthetician. Kris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and further honed her expertise with an aesthetics certification from the New York Institute of Beauty.
